March 9, 2017

1 Cup Self-Rising Flour

1 Cup Sugar

1 Cup Milk

1 Stick of Margarine or Butter

4 to 6 cups sliced peaches

Peel and slice peaches; set aside. (You can sprinkle a little sugar over the peaches if you want.) Melt 1 stick of margarine or butter in an 8x11.5" Pyrex baking dish. Mix flour, sugar and milk together. Pour this mixture into baking dish that has melted margarine or butter. DO NOT STIR. Next spoon peaches (juice and all) evenly into above mixture. Again, DO NOT STIR. Bake at 375 to 400 for 1 hour. [For a little variety, you can sprinkle 1 cup of blueberries over peaches before baking.]
